Hey .. thx for replying I hsve got joint pains ...in my knees especially. Walking runnibg climbing stairs for 5-10mins... lots of pain. I need a friend to speak with me daily while I try to do 20mins yoga pilates and easy HITTS. Just a frirnd to push me daily and of course I will do the same
