When I compete my food diary for the day and I am below the calories of 1120 ( by say 20 calories) for that day, it will read that it can't track your food diary and it will not give a 5 week view on how much you could weigh. Is anyone bothered by this or do you just ignore it.??

I have also taken up green tea as it helps relax your mind along with peppermint tea, as I have been quite anxious at this moment in time and having problems sleeping so we will see but, we are all each to our own on the teas..

I am doing keto but make sure my carbs are lower than protein and fat and make sure I get up to my calories as well. It has taken trial and error this site.
