Swimming is great, water exercise which thanks to covid isn’t happening. Cycling is something you can do alone or with friends. Start slow, don’t worry about how large you are on that bike put on a helmet get on and ride. Look at the scenery, just like when you were a kid.

September has not been a real productive month for me. My goal for Labor Day I was 2 lbs off. I thought I’d get there next week. I was .8 lbs away. Last week it got cold turn on furnace 45 degrees put in long pants. I grabbed a pair that fit in April huge, tried the pair that didn’t fit well in April too big. The pair that was way to small in April fit.

Yesterday I donated blood pretty routine I have a rare blood type. My blood pressure good, resting heart rate 56 (exercise), my hemoglobin was 15. I was turned down last year cause it was too low. It was 95 degrees on saturday today’s high is 50 raining. I pulled my pants from fall winter 2019/2020 . I’ve lost 31 lbs since early May. they are HUGE I don’t need to unbutton them to use a restroom

Well I had a goal for Labor Day I didn’t get there. The last couple weeks I’ve eaten more than I should exercised less. Good job I started tracking my food may 5. Found mfp May 23. In 100 days I’ve lost 24.6 lbs. total 30.4 lbs. I think instead of putting away my summer clothes this fall I will donate them.

I’ve been riding a bicycle everyday for 516 days, inside in the winter outside from March when Gym closed through the summer . I’ve ridden anywhere from 3 blocks to 67 miles. Today I rode mostly in town but I hit 3000 miles for the year.

It’s 4 months till Christmas I’ve lost 27.8 lbs. since May 6th 2020 found mfp july 25. My ambitious goal lose another 27lbs. But realistically-15 to -20. I’ve had two in 2.5 years the first one out lasted the warranty. The one I just sent back didn’t last a year. I am glad if yours works. If they send me another one I’m going to sell it buy something else. I miss the sleep tracker but it’s been a couple weeks. I’m adjusting.

Hi it’s been a rough August been gone Monday we had 100 mph winds. Tree fell on sons garage so my cycling mileage is down but the alternative chainsaw running raking, dragging wood to curb. I was terrified to weigh myself but yippee I lost. Down 25 lbs since May 5 2020

Today was sort of a rest day. I am going to sell one of my bicycles I worked on it. Replaced handle bar tape myself. Cleaned still needs work. I also have a very elderly dog. Wasn’t a good day for him. I rode 2.6 miles.

I’m trying not to eat all of them. I bicycle a lot if I’m not hungry I’m not going to eat. Last week I ate out for lunch then it was a spur of the moment “ let’s go to the fund raising ice cream social At dinner” I was maybe 300-350 over my goal but I still didn’t eat up the exercise calories didn’t feel guilty.
