  • Hi just found this. I haven’t worked out yet going to work from 4 -7 going to gym afterwards. I typically ride a stationary bike I average 10-12 miles. I also ride outside forecast says severe thunderstorms after 5 I’m not riding to work. I’ve ridden every day for 5 years 28 days. I don’t have to ride fast or far.

  • Yesterday we got 6” of snow it warmed up to -9 wind 25 mph. I shoveled snow for 45 minutes. I tried to enter it as exercise. Mfp doesn’t recognize this.
  • Since thanks giving I’ve been working a Santa railroad. 9am to 8 pm Saturday 9-5 Sunday. There is a employee potluck. Candy, cookies the 1 st two weeks i did not handle it well. This food is there all day. Last weekend I handled it better. Today I was real successful. Chex mix, is a lot better than fudge.

  • Good news in June my primary doctor took my blood pressure 145/88 announced I needed drugs I informed her I wasn’t taking them. July 1 I restarted mfp lost 24.8 lbs. today went to the sleep apnea doctor. Blood pressure 128/80
  • Start weight 231.4 July 1st 2022. Today 206.6 I started this saying I’m not looking at the end goal I’m going to lose 5 lbs at a time.
  • I do not routinely eat the calories I burn by exercise. They are there I used some yesterday, I’m using probably 50 today of 500. I want to wean myself of I exercise so I can eat more mentality. I’ve been cycling since 1980 gained 90 lbs.

  • Today is day 98 tracking my food. I’ve lost 22.4 lbs. the last 3 weeks have been rough. Both my husband & I got Covid.I did not have a fever, cough, sneezing exhaustion I did not lose my sense of smell or taste. My exercise tanked, didn’t have the energy to really cook.   • This is day 95, I’ve lost 21.4 lbs . When I started 90 lbs overweight I said I’m going to do this in 5 lb chunks. One bag of flour at a time. So I want to get that 3.6 lbs off. I had a bmi of over 40 it’s now a little over 38. So I have moved from morbidly obese to obese.
  • July 1 2022. I weighed 231.4 September 1 I weighed 217 lbs September 23 I weighed 210.2 last week I tested positive for Covid My exercise has really suffered cause I’m exhausted. My weight loss slowed cause I’m not moving.
