Oh, I'm using the Android app, not a computer.

You're so close to your GW!!! Git it, girl!

I bought my daughter a donut and didn't even take a bite!! A bottle of water was Mom's treat!

Awwww, thank you so much!!π

School's Out! Beyonce + unwed maidens

Thank you so much! That was seriously helpful! The new thigh muscle I'm seeing is from doing leg workout videos for about 2 months, so it seems to be on track, but absolutely, the water retention thing makes sense too!

Feel free to add me (I have figured out how to add other people yet).

Bwahahahahahahaha! Thank you! I just mean that the scale has been stuck on the same 2 numbers for 3 weeks! I have a feeling that it's because I'm gaining muscle: I have this wonderful new set poking out of my thighs!

What a happy guy! Keep up the good work!

I see progress already, in my tummy and thighs! My energy level is through the roof, and I'm able to keep up with the tiny tornado, haha. Day 15 on the nicotine patch. I haven't had a single puff, and I feel amazing. The more I focus on my fitness and healthy lifestyle, the less I want to smoke. I'm still doing my workoutβ¦

I love Leslie Sansone's videos! They have been amazing for my arthritic knee!

I lost the idea that a toddler mom in her 40s has to "take it easy." Since eating healthier and incorporating physical activity into my day, I'm finding that I have the same energy level as 19 years ago when I gave birth to my oldest daughter. I am able to keep up with my very-active 2 year old!

Fantastic job!! You are truly an inspiration!!

NSV: I turned down a cupcake from a neighbor last night, and I bought my daughter a donut at the store today without taking even a bite! *happy dance*

I'm so happy!

Progress!!

I may not be losing according to the scale, but I AM losing fat in my tummy and legs. I just have to remember that my goal isn't a drastic loss of weight but to make a change to a healthier lifestyle. I'd rather set the example to my daughter that our family values physical activity and healthy food choices than beβ¦

I found out that eating too little can mess you up in a different way: my body was in starvation mode and hanging onto all of my fat. When I started eating at least 1,200 a day I started seeing progress, plus my energy level went through the roof: I can keep up with my toddler now! Good job researching! Keep up the goodβ¦

Delicata is amazing! Definitely my fav of the winter squashes! We've been eating butternut lately; I love it deep fried lol.

I decided to not eat back my calories for today and see what happens. Holy mother of pearl!

I am so sorry you went through such a horrible thing! Hugs!!

Well, I'm back up to 205. It could be inflammation, or I've been sabotaging my weigh-ins by eating back my exercise calories... d'oh! In other news, I picked up an arm routine with 2 tricep workouts that will hopefully help me get rid of my chick wings, lol!

Update: Day 11 on thr patch, not even a single puff. I think shifting my mind into a fitness-focused pattern has been a major help. I'm spending so much time pre-planning my meals and working out that I don't even think about smoking; it's like it's not even a blip on this new life I'm living. I'm happy with the way thingsβ¦

I found a new thigh muscle protusion, and I got up off the floor after playtime without grunting and huffing!
