I don't think I have an eating disorder... but the minute I stopped obsessing over calories or dialed back exercise (from 13.5/week to 7.5/week) the weight just came back... now I'm back to being 33 lbs above weight goal, which I had already reached (took a 99 lbs loss to get there).

Right?! Super annoying! and then their feelings get hurt too if you stick to your guns! Like its not even about them but they make it out to be.

Most of my loose skin is around my stomach area and if I don't secure it properly (by wearing tight work out pants) it freaking hurts sometimes!

hahaha yes! I hadn't noticed I was doing it until someone I was sitting next to at work pointed it out. I've always hated sitting on a chair the "normal" way (childhood trauma, sort of) and I couldn't cross my legs when I was bigger.

Right?! Like what's that about? I thought they'd be happy and I still heard comments such as, you must be sick (I'm not). That amount of weight to lose is too much for you (it wasn't). Today eating doesn't count (it does). You need to eat more....B**** this is what a proper serving size looks like! not that mountain on…
