My thyroid levels are out of whack too. for 2 years now since gallbladder surgery. i was gonna ask my doctor for a ultrasound to be safe. so losing weight is a struggle. I hope you and everyone has a healthy and happy holiday season!!!

This is my first nsv and I was quite suprised. After my bath, the towel wrapped around my whole body and i only changed my eating 17 days ago.

I would love more friends. i have 160 pounds to lose and could use the support. the more friends the better. i lost 6 pounds this my first week. looking for friends to keep me going!!!
