  • @sweetdaisy13 injuries like that are rough! There are so many reasons why turning off street lights seem dangerous, and tripping hazards are just the tip of that iceberg. I have arthritis in my right wrist that I once believed was carpal tunnel. Hopefully some rest will set you back on track.

  • July Goal: 75 miles 7/6: Pound workout. For those that don’t know what this is, it’s basically a lot of core and legs tied into playing with drumsticks. I also got the dog out for a nice walk this evening. I have 2 outdoor cats that decided to join us. Craziest darn thing! 2 cats walking a mile with us!!! Total: 1 mile

  • Yeah, it struck me as funny since we can’t say names out loud. When someone told me gout was coming in, I just couldn’t stop giggling. I started to wonder what I might be referred to as. The sad part is, there are some people out there that will actively try to trap people into a HIPAA lawsuit. It’s kind of scary actually.

  • This is also my second go round. I joined originally in 2012, I lost roughly 40lbs and I've gain it alllll back :s I hate feeling this way though. I hate looking in the mirror and knowing how I used to feel when I saw myself reflected back. I'm ready to get back to that place again.
