I'm female and I do omad. I feel great and I lose a few pounds a week. I'm also breastfeeding, but I eat a healthy diet and constantly monitor my milk supply. Fasting works by creating a caloric deficit, it's just easier for me to eat it all at once and move on with my day.

I just turned 14mpp. I started trying to move at 10mpp, which is when I kept getting injured. Now I'm trying again at a very basic level; just some daily stretches and light walking.

Whole food plant based diet can help. Get a nutritionist; doctors have very little training in nutrition.

Vegan is a lifestyle, not a diet. It doesn't have anything to do with dieting or health. Refined carbs, such as bread and pasta, are not good for you. Complex carbs, such as fruits/veg/ legumes etc, are good for you. Not all carbs are the same.

Lunch. Sometimes im not in the mood for breakfast food and I'll just eat lunch or dinner food. Other than that, oatmeal with fruit is my go to.

I'm also 4m pp. I eat about 1500 a day of nutrient dense foods with no exercise and lose about a pound every four days.

I always set my own calorie goal on here bc it always sets it to high. I also cut out oil since its so high in calories and I never eat back my exercise calories.
