I definitely need more friends on MFP! 22 days in to my current restart (1 of 1000’s) feeling really good and positive . I’m 28 now and I’d love to get to my target (6 stone loss) by the time I’m 30 and most importantly KEEP IT OFF this time! Add me and I’ll add back 😊
