Hi all, I've just completed the original Insanity program. 16lbs gone and 3inches, it was lots more than I expected! My plan now is to do one week of the 45 min workout, then one week of the 60 min workout, then a week of something I enjoy! How did everyone else find it?

Hey all... I'm an non-mom (or non-mum!) as well, have only myself to blame for my pizza and choc habit! I've just passed the 10lb loss mark, and have 15 to go. Would like to add to the conversation as well 🙂

Hi... I'm on the recovery week right now, have lost just over 10lb. I'm 5-10 and eating 1600 cals per day so maybe you're not eating enough?
