Down from a size 14/16 to a 4!!!

Amazing difference! Keep it up you can do it. I started in June at 214 and as of today I have lost 71 lbs and feel the best I have felt in my adult life. For me it isn't about losing weight, it is about being healthier.

I started with walking 30 min a day, 7 days a week and a month ago I started rowing with a water rower. I love the rower, I do 30 min 3 days a week and I already see my arms and abs toning up.

I got into my old favorite M sized shirt and a pair of size 6 jeans I never thought I would wear again, especially after going through menopause. It has been 269 days and I'm still going strong!

Since I started eating healthier and keeping track of my food and exercise, I am able to walk for an hour a day indoors and at least 40 minutes outdoors. I feel better every day and my blood pressure has gone down to the normal range for the first time in many years. Oh, and I am back to having only 1 chin!!

It is the second thing I do every morning. After years of not wanting to even step on the scale, it helps keep me motivated.

My blood pressure is down, and I can now walk up and down my long driveway without having to stop and catch my breath. I have a heart condition so this is a major win for me!

I'm at the 14-day mark, last night I walked a mile in 12 minutes without feeling out of breath. My blood pressure has held at normal levels for the past 4 days and my oxygen levels are up! Since I am doing this for my health, this means more to me than inches!
