I need a whole lifestyle change. Living like a large person makes a large person. This would be easier if healthy habits came naturally. I'm trying to make it like that.

Yeah I don't use MyFitnessPal's app because of the way it is. Cronometer has been good to me. I don't use any devices but it claims to work with Strava and Fitbit.

Only an opinion here but if I had to give a straight answer I would say don't restart your count. Your progress did happen and should be celebrated.

I would recommend to stop eating chocolate entirely since you're abnormally stressed out and stuck in a cycle of overeating and overcompensating.
