similar story - lost 20 lbs 10 years ago with WW, then lost 10+ lbs about 7 years ago with myfitpal. and then put it all back on plus 25 lbs. so I don't know where to even start... so, start fresh, and walk every day, and plant-based diet - should make it all with while....
