I’m about 192 Ibs while being 6’4” so I look pretty tall and slim. For my goal I’m looking to stay around the same weight. So I would say I wanna be bigger while staying lean. I have set a goal to have more protein a day then I have been doing which Trainers have told me I should be doing with my body type

@psuLemon Yeah I do? Even when I played hockey 5 days a week and worked out still my weight would always stay around like a 5 pound difference. Maybe because of not eating as much as I should be? Since I have a really good metabolism I have no idea
