We had an outbreak at work. 2 visiting engineers got covid, so every man, woman, and child had to isolate and test. Everyone recovered and we ended up with 6 positives out of about 40 people. The good lord watches out for fools, drunks, children, and irresponsible engineers.

Ali, don't sweat the scale. When I start feeling like things are not moving well, I go out and buy a pair of jeans that are a little tight, and a pair of socks. I try the jeans on until they fit, and on the days I can't get them on, I put the socks on. The scale can kiss my shrinking behind!

I discovered a great high protein meal, as long as you like eggs. Mix 1 egg, 3 egg whites, 2 oz of Carl Buddig ham (those little envelope deals), 1 oz of feta or mozzarella pearls, mushrooms and peppers. I agree 100% on the air fryer. I just discovered mine, and it has been awesome. Absolutely perfect chicken, at 1/3 of the calories and fat of fried chicken. Makes a really good egg roll too. Good Point, Novus. I actually exercise a lot and have a very strenuous job. I eat healthy, just in Herculean amounts. I like the intermittent fasting as I'm not really a breakfast guy.
