After a 3 year hiatus from serious running (15K in 2017 was my last running success) and a year of rehab - I completed the Zombies Run virtual 5K last night -- realistically the zombies would have eaten me -- maybe not the shamblers - but I ran the entire thing without stopping and without much pain either
