Hi everyone! I’m 60-something. Jogged, walked and weight trained until a few years ago. The pandemic and reconsciousness of my serious heart condition shut me down. Counterproductive. Am starting back up but until gym renewal it’s dumbbells at home. B)

Down about 3.6 from weigh-in at dr’s office last week.

I fell into fasting overnight from about 18:30-19:00 until next morning 07:30-08:30 so 12-14 hr fasts with only sips of water before bed. Longer than that I grab food and binge. Not fully keto more like low carbs b/c carbs and fats are a huge problem for me. B)

Jft I have a couple of little dozen daily tasks. Doctor’s phone appointment. Have not eaten yet but bar-coded ahead of time for the coming meal. Tried to bar-code in stuff just generally not for the meal but it did not work. Getting to know the system. When does the A.I. kick-in?

Just for today? Track the food intake, track correct amounts, track b/c the right foods eaten, stay a bit under calories budget, track some physical activity.
