I just joined, but won't be able to start until Friday . But sure, I will do the July challenge. God knows I have plenty of weight to lose

My daughter started it about 30 days ago. And she is sticking with it, no cheating. She has lost 23 pounds already, and can run 4 miles without much trouble. She likes it. But, I think I will start with Keto first.
