  • Hello Fit Family - Started, or shall I say re-started my fitness journey, 5/6/2020 after a year or so off.... In the gym doing HIIT and strength training 5 days a week with a 20 minute cardio blast prior. Normally I leave the gym burning 600-700 calories and pretty damn happy. Really started dialing in my macros…
