I’m 5’5” and weigh 209, but would like to get down to 165. I’m 50, so I’m not getting my hopes up too high to lose a lot 🙂

Hi I have arthritis, anxiety, and depression- all these make it difficult to exercise. My hubby dug out his old recumbent bike for me and I’m using that to get started with exercise! I need friends on here, so please add me 🙂. I’m glad I found this group!
