  • Does TOPS still use low carb ingredients? I have not been a member since 1980. I should have followed up with it. I might still be 100 pounds lighter. I am 65 and lots has happened since then. I am adjusting to making low carb my lifestyle. If this is a group for me than I would like to join you.

  • I cooked hamburger with a small amount of taco seasoning. Than made large salad added meat with salsa and a teaspoon of sour cream. No chips. It is 95 here and not cooking is nice. A taco salad is refreshing on a hot day.
