Hi, I’m in a similar place. I’m going to try hard this week to eat well and get some regular steps in to try and get the scales moving in the right direction. Good luck for this week, I hope it goes well.

Hi @VoidKat, how are you getting on? I’m just starting again today and also struggle with sticking with something for more than 2 weeks. This time I’m not doing it for a specific event, I’m just doing it to be fitter and healthier, so I’m doing it slowly and trying to realise I’m in it for the long haul.
