I find it hard not to graze. I'll eat a little here and there and tell myself its fine when grazing is worse than setting aside actual snack times. Its definitely something I'm working on

My highest, from what I know of, was 264. Which was January of this year. My ultimate goal is 140/130, but I'd be happy to get to 200, and then 170. I've lost a total of 15 lbs so far, and have really been changing my life style around since the beginning of July. So excited to continue my journey and goodluck on yours!

@surreptitially I'm on day 16! I've already seen a change, four lbs down which is on track for my goal of 2lbs a week to lose! It's not an easy task, especially given the state of our world with quarantine. So proud of you!
