• For me... Quarantine, a break up and the chance to take care of me as I deserve for the first time (physically, mentally and spiritually). And I'm doing GREAT! 🙏🏻

• Yeah 🙃... maybe I need to find a variety of routines so I don't get bored with repetitive workouts 🤔. I do rest but maybe I need to re-check what I'm eating because I've felt with no energy 😴
