Having flavored water enhancers help me with my sweet tooth but I don't need to eat, only drink the stuff. I stay more hydrated, too. In a perfect world I'd only be drinking water, but they give me a middle ground.

When I think back to childhood meals, I remember lots of Lunchables, Hot Pockets, Gushers, Corn Nuts, Fruit-Roll-Ups, Donuts, Ho-Hos(?), and Happy Meals. Maybe there is a reason I rebelled as an adult to eating healthy! hm.
