I started the end of February. My weight was 220 and correction I can't get this last 12 pounds off not 7. I lost 1.5 pounds 2 weeks ago. I really want to lose my stubborn gut...ugh!
No, I haven't been weighing my food. I've been at 197 for about a week. I started at 220 and my goal is 185. Up until now I've roughly been losing a pound a week. Where can I find how much food should weigh?
