This is a fantastic idea! I often get caught up on the big number, when I really should be focusing on smaller increments like 10% of the goal. Thank you for the idea, and best of luck to you!

Right now, my goal is to:* track EVERYTHING I eat EVERY day and building the habit to do that daily. * Weighing myself only once a week. * Working out 6 days a week for 45 minutes - no matter how hot it is (No excuses!) * Drinking more water and less coffee - though I have NO Idea how that's going to work once school…
