I'm officially fitting comfortably into a size smaller for my jeans!

Absolutely! Crazy to me that I can just automatically tell now.

It's been a while since I have played volleyball- I finally did with my family today and now that my wrists are bony it hurts a lot more!

Ahhh I can't wait for this to happen to me! Currently living in a dorm and actually cooking is a lot of effort!

My mom just shared with me that she went down two pants sizes. She credits it to me because I was the first in our family to start the weight loss journey and man it motivates me to keep pushing myself on my own journey! <3

This is especially important for me right now- at times I think "when I lose the weight everything can go back to normal" but then I have to remind myself I'm only 20 years old and I can make this my new normal

My mini goal at the moment is to hit my initial goal of 170 lbs. Only three lbs away!

I've lost about 20 pounds, and while I don't see a difference when looking in the mirror, I can feel a difference when it comes to my bones, especially at my knees. Shaving results in bloody knees and as a side-sleeper I can't fall asleep without a pillow in-between my knees. Plus, I actually have collarbones now!

I'm starting to see stretch marks on the bottom half of my stomach that I could never see before because the rest of my stomach was too big!

Has anyone else experienced a heavier flow upon losing weight? I've been on BC for about 5 years and have had a very light flow and short period the entire time. However, every period that I've had since I started to lose weight has been much heavier, though still in the same time frame. I have also not changed anything…
