  • I base my workouts on youtube routines haha. I do 30 mins of TRX routine, 30 mins Kukuwa dance fitness, and 30 mins of various yoga(usually I do yoga with Adriene).   • Just started this weight loss journey. I just want to be consistent with losing 1 lb a week and working out or being active for 5 days out of a week. I've always been in a rush for many things but, this is teaching me patience.
