I also use another app called Fooducate and it rates foods from A to D. As a result most of these bars get a C or lower and it has encouraged me to stay away from most of these brands. I think it was because of the added sugar (if I remember correctly). I haven't really found a bar that tastes good and gets a good grade.…

What do you mean? Are you suggesting high cholesterol isn't bad? I had high, BAD cholesterol, and low, GOOD cholesterol.

Yes, I mean the cheap fake syrup that is mostly corn syrup.

Makes sense. I assume honey and maple syrup is somewhere in between but a better choice than white sugar and pancake syrup. I guess the same goes for fats.
