I get bloaty on my period. I only get mine every other month now. I used to take Midol because I was cranky too and that helped with the bloat. I think it's water holding on.

Yes, small goals are key. I started with working out in the mornings, now I can't go a day without it, minus my day off. Now I'm focusing on my eating and adding in a nightly run. You can do it! šŖšŖšš
