Hey ☺️ just returning and all my previous community seem to be not active anymore definitely looking for a group to keep us motivated 🙂 I'm a 39 mom of 4 military wife.

Today marks 28 days on mfp and 7 lbs lost I have noticed more energy and less procrastination with exercising on a more regular basis. My goal for this week is to continue with what I’ve been doing and add one extra day of cardio.

Hello My Starting weight was 238 lb current weight is 233.1 lb. My previous goal was to log in every day and to not go over my daily calorie intake. My goals for this week is to add 20 minutes of exercise daily and 20 minutes of yoga daily. I look forward to seeing everyone reached their weekly goals. Have a great week…
