Thank you, Rosebarnalice! That helps, but why in the world would I want to eat back the calories I worked so hard to get? I don't think I will be doing that much.

Well, I guess I blew the daily step challenge because I didn't count my steps yesterday. I pretty much rest on Sundays, just do normal walking about. But, today, I'm back on track with 4658 steps so far.

2 days in a row! I was able to get in another 6 miles and 16,150 steps today!

Well! I am not walking any more today, I've gone 6 miles and 16,714 steps,a record for me! I think I hit my goal for today.

Okay! Here it is not even 2:00pm and I have managed to walk 4 miles with 11,500 steps! Not all at once, but in increments, still did it! Not every day will be like this, I know. Today is a pretty slow day, work wise. I hope to be able to do this as often as possible, though!

Just like everyone, my goal is 10,000 steps. I try to walk around the meeting room for 10 minutes every hour, but I'm working, so you know, I get busy! But, I've managed to make it so far. Y'all keep me going!
