Well so far I finally jogged a little. First time in a long time. I've also started applying places for a second job on the weekend.

Mindset. I'm an obsessive person so I'm all in or all out. Both lead to unhealthy lifestyles. I'm either obsessed with the scale or obsessed with not restricting myself to what I want exactly. Trying to find a medium balance in my life is probably my biggest hurtle in all aspects really.

If I’m stressed or even excited about anything I can’t sleep. So all important events I’ve had I’m running on two hours of sleep and never at my best. The other stuff that keeps me awake are the telemarketers and my cats sniffing my face. Existential dread ya know, the regular.

I sleep in magnetic dust with magnets on all sides pushing and pulling the dust into different shapes keeping my body perfectly suspend in the air.
