  • I use The Fitness Marshall on You Tube and set up my own routine using Dance Central and Just Dance videos on You Tube. You are not being scored, but are choreographed by professionals and use a variety of music.
  • Perceived Exertion is a valid way to judge your workout. If you were borderline uncomfortable, short of breath, and able to speak short sentences that is a 7-8 on a ten point scale. You are the best judge of what is challenging for you.
  • Extreme Weight Loss workout is perfect for beginners. All three levels are on You Tube. Chris Powell is the trainer. You will get a good workout cardio and strength. I also agree with Has Fit. Coach Kozak has many levels and is encouraging. For cardio, Leslie Sansone walking aerobics are easy and very doable at home.
