I have the same problem with gym anxiety. The only thing that helps me is loud music to zone out people and keep telling myself, "get in and get out. we are all here for the same reason." Sorry I can't be of much help :( just know you aren't in it alone!

Right now I am obsessed with turkey and shrimp tacos extra blackening season loaded with lettuce and salsa and light cheddar cheese. Don't care actually if it is a taco. Shoot, I'll go taco salad here.

I quit caffeine and noticed a dip in my workout energy. I always drink at least 1 cup of caffeine prior to my workout. If I am doing a 2 day, it is 1 cup before each workout. I find it is exactly what I need to get that last little push. SO I added it back in and the scale for me has actually moved a little faster.…

BBQ sauce sounds delicious but you lost me at carrots with mustard. Mustard is my nemesis which is sad because it is one of the healthier condiments. Carrots with peanut butter? Yum!
