  • Actually, my weight loss journey started last year in Jan I was heavy, and as i mentioned since this feeling came im not consistent with working 6 days as before now it's 4 or 5 days and sometimes 6 days. maybe for you its not much but I'm [Pear shape] and I have lots of fat in my stomach and thighs and i don't feel normal…
  • I don't think so, cause after a while i come around and then starts to workout again but what is concerning me that i have this feeling every month now and it takes longer than last months which makes me feel more guilty
  • between 1200 - 1400 calories a day
  • I did lose weight for a period of six months I have lost 10 kg after that in July I have noticed that my weight lose barely 1 kg a month << either 1 kg or Less, 500g >> although I was a little frustrated that I was losing 1 kg despite me changing food eating options and workout as well I continued but then this happened
  • it is a month, I did not work out for two weeks then I workout for two weeks = one month in those two weeks that I did not exercise I was eating according to my calories

  • thanks for stopping by, I would like to clarify one thing because I felt I gave the wrong impression  I started my weight loss journey in January 2020. for the cheat meal, yes i do count calories when I eat I don't give my self a free pass at all like if I had a burger and fries it would be around 1500 cal
  • So does that mean that in two weeks i have lost nothing !! :( thanks, i will check the apps you recommended
  • Hi, thanks for your comment, Can i know how do u calculate how many calories you have burnt?!
  • I think she meant by "you gain weight easily" that some people could eat and they slowly put weight one but others will put it fast. but thank you ALL for your time and comments, i learned a lot
  • I did mention my height and the duration of my exercise but I don't know the number of calories burnt height: 163-164 cm age =27, female i work out an hour a day, I have a treadmill and i do some other workouts i eat (sometimes) around 1300 -1550 a day the dietician said that I gain weight so easily so I need to hit a…
  • by adjusting calories do U mean to reduce it more? I don't compare myself with others I just want to see if I'm doing something wrong
  • A dietitian has advised me that the range for me is between 41- 60 kg, and told me that if I lost weight till 65 i would still have fat and I'm at risk to quickly go back to what I was so it best to go lower, I don't binge eat or eat much and to be honest, now I'm at a level even when I eat something small I hate myself…
  • I was advised that I should not reduce it to 1200 or less since it will be a starvation mode for the body. as for my cheat meal { a burger and fries together is around 1550 cal or sometimes 3 slices of pizza. I don't give myself a free pass that day so o would reach roughly around 2300 cal
  • but I'm still far from my goal!! according to my ideal body weight, I should have a weight = 55 kg. I know everybody is different but I have seen a lot of people lose more weight in the same duration and close to my starting weight.
  • 2 months and half (approx), i'm afraid if i cut more calories my body will enter starvation mode -_- I'm drinking my latte and tea without sugar,, and diet Pepsi occasionally. I will try to find a food scale.. thanks
  • I wasn't following any recommendation from MyFitnessPal. I only use it to see food calories. It does make you frustrated and discouraged.. especially when you still away from your ideal weight range because at that time you can say that maybe because I'm near my goal my weight loss is becoming slower
  • yeah, I wasn't doing these extreme diets to lose, I just wanted a change for my body since I started noticing the slower loss. about your theories. I did try to make a variety of eating options so I won't stay on the same things over and over and then my body halts. I was eating around 1500 cal a day then since late June,…
  • yes, I'm happy that I lost this weight but according to my diet and exercise plan, I thought I would lose more. I know people's bodies are different but let's say the average that people lose is more than what I lost. from observing I'm starting to lose weight slower and slower.. three months and only 3kg! to be honest,…
  • no not at all I'm happy to answer your questions: 1/ I'm 163/164. cm 2/ my first goal is 60kg. I think my ideal goal will be in the mid-50s. 3/ at the start not too much but I know that I don't exceed the number of calories. sometimes I even think that I eat too little.
