  • Up Mount Snowdon in Wales in just under 2.5hrs and back down in 2hr 7 mins Weather was atrocious at the summit as we were hit by low cloud cover, raining non stop and you couldn't see any views, I reckon I could have done in 2hrs had the weather not been that bad Tough Mudder at the end of this month so can't wait
  • So I'm back to the gym after fasting for the last 30 days, I did try and go during and got a few workouts in but am very surprised at how fit I still am I amazingly managed to run a mile in 4m 12 secs and ran a whole 5k in 17m 10secs, Thought it was a fluke or a Garmin miscalibration but I've done it twice now Time to up…

  • Cross Fit workout consisting of 10 rounds of 12 pushups 24 heel touches 12 body weight squats 12 kettle bell swings (20kg) Then 15min HIIT treadmill 30 sec on / 30 sec off Finally a 10 min jump rope finisher where I try to do 1000 skips
  • I love skipping and have incorporated it into my 3 X week workouts, I always end with what I call the jump rope finisher where I try to get 1000 jumps in 10 mins, without stopping, so far I've managed it once but I do get in the 900's every time so I'm getting there
  • I've been using Garmin devices for the past 3 years, currently use a Garmin Fenix 5, it's may be overkill but records everything and the app is very easy to use and has My Fitness Pal integration
  • Shame you guys don't live in the UK, we have an abundance of Indian takeaways
  • I started by doing 10 pushups in the morning and then 10 in the evening, everyday without fail Start with the knee variation if its difficult As time goes on you'll definitely be able to do more than 10 in any one session and most definitely more than twice day Currently I'm at 25 push ups, 5 times a day, after 3 months…
