Question ~ Does the MFP app automatically adjust goal calories as the user loses weight, or does that goal need to be manually updated periodically by the user? 🤔

Down 2.2 pounds this week, for a total loss of 17.8. Increasing veggie intake within the calorie count has helped! 🥒🥗 💕🙏🏻

Only lost 0.8 pound this week, but the good news is that I lost a total of 15.2 so far since 8/22, AND I broke the 300 pound barrier! Haven’t weighed less than 300 pounds in years! Plenty of reason to celebrate! Slow going, but staying on course! 🐌

Haven’t had a good navel orange in quite some time. For some reason, had a hunger for one today. This was a treat! 🍊

🥣 Bowls are the way to go! My version of a delicious chicken quinoa bowl. Just a few ingredients: chicken (4 oz.), quinoa (1 cup), black beans (1/2 cup), salsa (5 Tbsp.) = 474 calories. Note to self: Salsa is a handy and tasty staple! Need to remember to keep on hand! More uses than just chips and salsa!

Hi, I’m Carrie. Am embarrassed to say my weight; let’s just say I’ve got more than 100 pounds to lose. It’s really gotten out of hand; deal with foot pain, both feet. Need to lose! Going to start counting and tracking calories; that’s all there is to it!
