I've used ground turkey/chicken for a lot of things, but haven't actually attempted chili with it (not sure why..). Definitely going to have to try that :)

That seems a bit limiting, but definitely recommend pineapple--can tenderize and sweeten stuff.

I could definitely use some friends to keep me accountable. I have well over 100lbs (actually more like 200..) to lose, so definitely in it for the long haul.
