Good morning all. Couldn't get community to work last night. Probably my phone. Check in for 9/14: Steps - 9245 plus 10 minutes bike moderate intensity. Calories - 2318 plus a bit middle of night snacking. About 15 goldfish. Exercise - pickleball for 1.5 hrs and gym after dinner. 9 machines and 10 minutes bike.

Good evening all. Check in for 9/13: Steps - 8539 Calories - about 2800. Heavy snacking. Wasn't feeling well and then ran into a wall playing pickleball. Fuzzy head all day since so I have been eating trying to clear it. Didn't work so will go to bed early so I don't keep at it. Exercise - pickleball for 2 hours.

Good evening all. Time for yet another Friday. Have a great weekend. Check in: Steps - 10298 Calories - 2189. Not to bad today. Exercise - pickleball yet again but only 1.5 hours. Hot and muggy so people drifted out early. Diet wise, I just care about calories in. I don't adjust for calories out.

Emotions. Boredom, tired, happy, etc. Since my training to be a Vulcan has failed, I am working on replacing food as my pacifier. Walks, gym, books, sleep. I know you were thinking food triggers, but when my emotions start up no type of food is safe.
