Good evening all. Steps - 14627 plus 12 minutes bike moderate intensity. Calories - 2956 or so. Ugh ugh ugh. Still snacking a lot. At least some of it is fruit. Exercise - walk in morning before video appt. 1 hr 35 min. Gym after dinner. 10 machines but only 12 minutes bike.
