Brought myself to post update of my weight. Thank you .. unlike other times i will try and stay focused as i know i have been good and as you said has to do with some weird thing with my body type if not lose i shoukd not have shown as gained so i think what you say about water retention makes sense here.. thank you you lifted my spirits up a bit
