I accomplished my goals for today, except water intack, I fell a little short. I try to drink 72 oz of water everyday or more.

  • I add my exercise into mfp data base, however, I usually don't eat my exercise calories. That way if the calories of the food that I put into my dairy is off a little I don't have to worry about it. There's always a chance that mfp calorie amounts are off, so I know I'm safe not eating my exercise calories. 😄
  • You can go into your dairy, then go down to where it says nutrients at the bottom of the diary page, click on that and it'll take you to a page that shows your calories. You can tap on your calories the 1200 should be lighted in blue click on that and it should take you to a place that will let you change it. I change mine…
  • There are home scales that can weigh up to 500 lbs. I Know because I'm waiting for one to come in. I used to 400 lbs, but now I weigh 288.2 lbs. I have vision problems and needed a scale that could talk, but the weight scale only comes in a 500 lb limit. So if you weigh 500 or less you could get one. Also, some clinics…
