After reading several of your posts, I think it would benefit you immensely to seek out therapy as it appears you may have disordered thinking when it comes to food and exercise. I would give you a hug if I could. Just take a breath and relax! You are doing fine and it weight loss takes time.

You wouldn’t even need 2 lbs of lettuce. 3 oz of raw spinach will do the trick! It makes me angry that corporations get away with selling this kind of pill. It makes me angrier the human beings insist on taking a pill instead of putting in the hard work to educate themselves on nutrition and exercise.

Let me try again! I had a tummy tuck in 2006.I was 30 yes old and about 150 lbs. Two children gave me that pouch and I hated it. There was no exercising it away.
