Grouper11 TW271 PW268.2 Weigh in day Monday Current weight 271 I have been staying in my calories and working our and walking. Don’t know how I gained this week. It’s a bummer! I am not giving up or giving in though.

Grouper11 TW 270.1 Tracked all week mostly hit the number. Went over on election night. Exercise- spinning everyday mostly 30 minutes. Walked at least a mile everyday. Went off the rails a little because of the election. Made some poor food choices and had a cocktail Every night this week! Back on the plan tomorrow!!

Daily Post TW 271.1 Track: Yes Calories: even Exercise: yes spin 40 walk 2.5 miles Day: struggled with anxiety today and found myself munching on junk. Hate that. Went for a walk.

Daily Post Sunday Track: Yes Calories: Even Exercise: yes spin 40 and walked 2.5 miles. Day: I was really anxious today over the election so I found myself stress eating trisciits and Cheetos!! I stopped myself and went for a walk.

DAILY POST 273.3 Sorry team- I stayed in my calories all week, tracked everything, worked out like crazy but the results didn't hit the scale. trying not to get discouraged. I upped my water intake as well.

Weds Track yes Calories even Excercise walked Water at least 8 Weight 272.3 I keep going over in my fat. Trying to work on that.

Monday is my official weigh in day. TW 272.4 Have kept in my calories all week. Walked a least a mile a day and hit my Peloton 4 days.

TW 273.5 Have stayed within calories all week. Having a hard time with the Fats goal. Will work on that this week. Hit my first 10 lbs! Yeah! On the road to recovery!

Weigh in day Monday 275.4 TW-274.4 Walked and did 30 minutes spinning. Feeling encouraged as I am almost 10 lbs down. It’s working!!

Saturday 266.2 Tracked yes Calories even Exercise spinning 30 walk two miles Had family over for a b-day party had to really budget my calories. Had a piece of cake but I had a plan for it. First sugar I have had in weeks! It was great!! Back to the plan tomorrow. Really working on the water.

Daily post Weight 275.5 Track yes Calories under Exercise yes walked two miles. Got my water in and look at the difference in my weight. Forward March!

Weds daily post Tracked yes Calories under Exercise 2 mile walk with my hubby 20 minutes on peloton bike Weight 277 I had a great day although my weight went up a bit. Has to have a talk with myself about that. Working on getting more water in. Happy to join this group!
