  • I'm quite proud of my dinner choice last night. I craved pizza, but decided what I really wanted something very carby and heavy. I made myself pasta instead. I still went over my carb allotment for the day, but pizza would have been a lot worse, never mind all of the extra calories.

  • I exercised 4 times for 30 minutes each this week. I'm very happy about that. As I expected, once I started exercising more, I became more mindful of what I ate. For this week - I want to continue to exercise 4 times for 30 minutes.

  • When I get like this, I check my meal fat content. When it's too low, I crave sugary things. (Fat and sugar are usually paired)
