Hi Kate, added you, SW 80kg CW 76.9kg goal weight 65kg. I’m 5’7 female and also live in the UK. Strategy at the moment is to log everything that I eat and walk 5k a day. Thinking of joining a gym but in these turbulent times atm 🤷♀️ Not sure what to do 😬

Totally relate to the OP, they say that 14 days of doing the same thing becomes a habit, after the weekend focus that from Monday for 14 days to change your eating/drinking habits. No alcohol and nutritious food. Hopefully you will kick the craving into touch. Best of luck 🤗

Yay, 3.3kg (7lb) down today, still have many more to lose but it’s a start. I know that the first 2 weeks are the easiest to lose weight but still happy that I’ve lost 👍

That’s Greek yogurt on my shopping list then 😄 I’ve swapped a few things, green tea for black with milk etc, but also I’ve swapped unsweetened almond milk for semi-skimmed cows milk. Good choice or bad choice?🤷♀️
