It’s my birthday today and I’ll be honest, I’ve eaten what I wanted and when today. I also have a cheat meal tomorrow but I will be straight back on it for the rest of the day and week 💪🏻. Hoping for a maintain or maybe even a small loss next Tuesday 🤞🏻

Weigh day tomorrow but it just became that week🙄. Hopefully that doesn’t matter too much and I still manage a loss. 🤞🏻

Night time is when I’m at my worst too. I literally just want to sit and eat crisps, chocolate and sweets. I let myself have one to get over the craving and before I know it I’m over my calories so been really working on that this week.

Hey, Yeah it’s definitely an emotional/ comfort thing for me. Food is definitely my vice. It only takes one thing to go wrong and I turn to food. Trying to stop this habit but it takes time. Thank you! You too! ☺️

I’m really struggling today😫 just want to gorge myself on junk food and I’m not even hungry🙄. Currently 200 calories over today but determined to keep it at that and then be as good as I can be for the rest of the week. How’s everyone doing?💛

Stayed under my calories yesterday and it’s weigh day tomorrow. I was doing really well yesterday and then last night I caved and had half a pack of cookies so now I’m 500 calories over for yesterday😫. Got on the scales this morning (it’s so addictive😫) and it said 213😭. Hopefully it’s just a flux and it comes back down before Tuesday. NSV- I signed up to do 2800 squats in the month of February to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust so at least I’ll be sure to get my exercise in haha💪🏻

I’m on my 3rd day (it feels a hell of a lot longer) on trying to consume up to 1330 everyday I’m also doing 60 minutes of excersize, which is a mixture of resistance bands and cardio as well as trying to go on a walk everyday.
